Awstats Not Updating?

Error: Log is currently being processed in the background. Cannot update.

To resolve this issue of awstats these points have great importance ?

Does the issue affecting only AWStats ?

Is it also affecting Webalizer and Analog stats ?

Are all three stats programs set as “Available to Users” and “Active by Default” ?

Is the issue affecting one user

Multiple users?

Or all users?

After keeping all these aspects in view you can try this command through root SSH access
